As the Presenting Sponsor, you'll have the reserved opportunity to promote an exclusive experience or offering at our Live Auction during our dinner program, providing parents with a unique chance to utilize or engage with your brand/company.
These will look differently for each brand/company or family; together we will be customizing a mutually agreed upon experience - by both the sponsor and the school – ensuring alignment with your goals and as well as the school's mission and auction objectives.
o Table for 10 at the Auction on November 2, 2024 ($1,500 value)
o 1-night accommodations at Hyatt Lake Washington hotel the evening of the Auction and breakfast for two people ($300 value)
o Valet parking at the hotel ($75 value)
o Two full-page color ads in the auction catalog ($1,200 value)
o Company logo or family name in “Making a Difference” video during Live Auction, Auction screens in the ballroom ($500 value)
o Company logo or family name on Live Auction bid cards (exclusive to this level)
o Dedicated recognition by auctioneer during Live Auction (sponsor will have opportunity to approve script/mention)
o Company logo or family name in recognition on Gym banner/signage at entrances, included in Thursday Parent Bulletin each week (during school year) on shuffle and Auction pages of Saint Louise School website, as well as recognition in 2024-25 Annual report.
$10,000 - PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP LEVEL (5 available)
o One full-page color ad in the auction catalog ($600 value)
$4,000 ($7,500 for exclusive) - UNCORKED (BEVERAGE) SPONSORSHIP LEVEL (2 available OR 1 exclusive)
o Two tickets to the Auction on November 2, 2024 ($300 value)
o Company logo or family name in recognition on branded wine tumblers being sold that evening (event name/theme printed on opposite side of glass)
o Recognition on Saint Louise School website as well as recognition in 2024-25 Annual report
$2,500 - CHARGER BLACK SPONSORSHIP LEVEL (10 available)
o Recognition on inside back cover of auction catalog ($150 value)
o Company or family name on video screens and event signage
o Half-page corporate advertisement in auction catalog ($150 value)
o Recognition on Saint Louise School website as well as recognition in 2024-25 Annual report.
$1,500 - CHARGER RED SPONSORSHIP LEVEL (10 available)
o Company/brand or family name on video screens and event signage ($150 value)
o Business card advertisement in auction catalog ($150 value)
